She can be made out of wide variety of fabrics but I recommend fabrics that have a tight weave, so denim, twill, canvas, quilting cottons, ect.
Great fat eighth fabric project.
Create different looks with mixing different fabrics with fringe trim (her mane) and tassel (her tail).
Materials needed to create Penny:
1 - fat eighth for main fabric
1 - fat eighth for contrast fabric

1 - 3-4” tassel
